1 cup packed light brown sugar ½ cup all-purpose flour 2 cups chopped pecans ⅔ cup unsalted butter, melted 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 12-cup muffin pan.
In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, chopped pecans, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
