Ingredients

  • 3 cups prepared stuffing leftover, chilled
  • 3 cups mashed potatoes leftover, chilled
  • 1 ½ cups chopped cooked turkey
  • panko breadcrumbs as needed, for binding
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • gravy warmed, for serving and dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the stuffing, mashed potatoes, and chopped turkey. Season with salt and pepper and mix until evenly combined.
  • If the mixture feels too soft to hold a shape, stir in panko breadcrumbs a little at a time until it is firm enough to roll.
  • Roll the mixture into evenly sized balls (about golf-ball size) and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10–15 minutes, until the outsides are golden brown and the centers are heated through.
  • Drizzle with hot gravy or serve the gravy on the side for dipping. Serve warm.

Notes

For crispier edges, brush the balls with melted butter before baking. To bake from frozen, add about 5 extra minutes.
