1 lb rotini pasta Cooked and cooled 1 lb Ground beef Browned and drained 1 packet Taco seasoning Prepared according to package directions 2 cups Cheddar cheese Shredded 2 whole Tomatoes Diced 1 can Black olives Sliced 1 cup Catalina dressing 1 family-size bag Nacho Cheese Doritos Crushed, add before serving
Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water until completely cooled.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
Stir taco seasoning into the cooked beef according to package instructions and allow the meat to cool completely.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, seasoned beef, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and black olives.
Pour the Catalina dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Right before serving, gently fold in the crushed Doritos to keep them crunchy.
Top with extra Doritos if desired and serve chilled.
